You will not be charged per minute, there is no need to top up like other services. You will get the call on your mobile and the prisoner only pays landline prices at the prison. We’ve used quite a few so far. one was also costing us to receive the call to our phone and we had to keep adding credit to get the divert. This is unlimite, granted prisoner has to pay minimum landline costs but the saving is helping!
