Eastwood Park prison is a female only prison in south Gloucestershire and can hold over 442 women prisoners. Further units were added in 2009 and in 2018 it became an over 18s prison only.

HMP Eastwood Park is part of the HMPPS south west region of prisons. The prison was originally a male detention center and YOI but in 1996 changed to a female only prison. The prison offers basic life skills to inmates and education, IT, cookery, diversity, salon services, manicure, work preparation and drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Eastwood park prison facilities include a gym, health bar for products such as waxing strips and tooth whitening products and has a family visiting centre.

If you are going to eastwood prison by train, the nearest station is Bristol Temple Meads and Bristol Parkway,
By Bus? First City Line service (310) which departs from Bay 14 at the Bristol bus station, get off at the Huntsman Public House Falfield

By Car: M5 at Junction 14. At top of slip road follow signs for A38 Bristol and HMP Eastwood Park.
