HMP Leyhill

HMP Leyhill, a Category D minimum security prison, is situated in Tortworth, Gloucestershire, in the southwest of England. Established as the first lowest security prison in England, it opened in 1946. Designed to house 497 men, Leyhill comprises three units: A, B, and C. The facility primarily offers single occupancy rooms, with the exception of 10 double rooms located between units A and B​​.
