ISIS Prison is a male, young offenders prison based in London. Run by the HMPS as part of the London Region Prisons and has a capacity of over 628 male prisoners. Its located near Belmarsh and Thameside Prison.

Isis is located in Thamesmead, South East London and named after the River Thames ancient name. The Prison was founded in 2010 and the current governor for the prison is Emily Thomas.
Book Isis Prison Visit
Firstly, to be able to book a visit to Isis Prison you will need the prisoners details. This includes the name of the prisoner, date of birth, prison number and you will need to be a pre-approved visitor to be able to come visit the prisoner in isis prison.
The prison can add you to the prison visit list by completing the relevant form in prison. If they have just arrived at the prison, you may be able to get an emergency reception visit. Call the prison directly and ask.
To be able to book a visit the prisoner can now do this through the digital application on the computers on the wings called the CMS Computer. You can read more about this from the Isis Gov Website
To be able to visit you will need to be over 18, no more than 3 adults per visit and no more than 3 children.
Isis prisoners can have upto 3 visits per month depending on their status within the prison. You need to bring the required ID and have the visit booked in advance to be able to see the prisoner.

If you are looking to get a train to Isis Prison, the closest train station is Plumstead or DLR station is Woolwich Arsenal. If coming by bus take the 244 or 380.
Parking at Isis Prison, Spaces are limited but there is a visitor car park and spaces for Blue badge holders for the disabled.
