HMP Warren Hill
HMP Warren Hill, located in Suffolk and operated by Her Majesty’s Prison Service (HMPS), is a Category C facility established in 1982. It has a capacity of 264 inmates and is recognized for its focus on safety, progression, and community. Known for its extremely safe environment and low levels of drug use, particularly Spice, Warren Hill has been applauded for its innovative three-stage “Progression Regime.” This regime effectively moves indeterminate prisoners forward, instilling a sense of hope. The prison’s commitment to fostering strong relationships between staff and inmates, along with its effective Keywork system, contributes to its positive environment. Visiting Information for HMP Warren Hill
Visits to HMP Warren Hill must be booked by telephone, as there is no online booking service available. The visiting times are as follows:
- Friday: 2pm to 4pm
- Saturday: 2pm to 4pm
- Sunday: 2pm to 4pm
The booking line (01394 633 633) is open from Monday to Thursday, 9am to midday. Additionally, the prison offers parking facilities for the convenience of visitors.
